Protecting private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to Kind Grounds and all of it's patrons and associates and governs data collection and usage. The Kind Grounds website is a community awareness website. By using the Kind Grounds website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement as well as the Terms of Use.


Collection  and Use of Personal Information

Kind Grounds does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. This may include (a) sending us an email message (b) food allergies or other allergies. To wit we will use information provided with regard to the services and/or products requested of us. This is mainly for the purpose of providing complete and effective provision of services. Kind Grounds collects and uses personal information solely to operate and deliver services at your request.


Kind Grounds may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena, this of course includes in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Accessing or using this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use ("Terms"), As such may be revised by Kind Grounds from time to time, and is a binding agreement between the User ("User" or "you") and Kind Grounds governing the use of the website. If User does not agree to these terms, User should not access or use this website. These terms contain disclaimers and other provisions that limit our liability to User.

These Terms apply to your access to, and use of, all or part of any website, web application, or mobile application of Kind Grounds, its patrons, or its associates (collectively, "Kind Grounds"), including but not limited to kindgrounds.org ("website"). While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information about Kind Grounds on the website, you should not assume that the information is always up to date or that the website contains all the relevant information available about Kind Grounds. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and use of the website are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to Wyoming’s conflict of laws rules. The User irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in Natrona County, Wyoming, United States of America, for purposes of any legal action arising out of or related to the use of the website or these Terms, and waives any objections as to personal jurisdiction or as to the laying of venue in such courts due to: (a) inconvenient forum or (b) any other basis or any right to seek to transfer or change venue of any such action to another court.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Terms, Kind Grounds reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the website and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the website. Kind Grounds’ failure or delay in taking such actions does not constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce these Terms.

Kind Grounds reserves the right to change or modify these Terms or any other Kind Grounds policies related to use of the website at any time and at its sole discretion by posting revisions on the website.
